Lots of rock 'n roll last night at Tangalooma. Not the music, more the motion of the ocean. However managed to have an nice snorkell off the wrecks. Water temperature perfect and lots of different fish. Even though the wind is cool while travelling, when we anchor it is still very warm in the day.
Got ashore with minimal wetness, (love my raincoat pants) despite paddling the wrong way when disembarking the dinghy. Watched a magnificent sunset while sipping a glass of white.
Some nice Italian guy backpakers clapped at the end. This reminded me of Hawaii.
Had dinner ashore as well, despite 15% surcharge for a public holiday!
Yes Tangalooma is on the western side of Moreton Island, just like Kuta. I wonder how many more sunsets we will see from the west?
Hi guys, did Mal snorkel? Sunsets sound and look amazing. Take care,
